What we collect

We only collect what you type into the form yourself, plus the visit metadata needed to measure advertising performance.

• contact details: e-mail, Telegram handle or phone number — your choice;
• answers to the optional survey about your experience, available time and intended budget;
• traffic attribution: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, ad-platform click identifiers, referring page;
• technical details: interface language, device type, screen size, timezone, User-Agent string;
• an irreversible hash of your IP address. The raw IP is never stored.

Why we use it

• to deliver the training materials through the channel you picked;
• to contact you in response to your request;
• to understand which advertising channels bring interested people;
• to defend against automated submissions and spam.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent you give by ticking the boxes in the form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — see "Your rights".

Who we share it with

We never sell your data and never pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Processors handle it only to the extent required to run the service:

• hosting and content delivery;
• the leads database;
• e-mail and messaging providers;
• web analytics and advertising platforms — as aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

Retention

Submissions are kept until consent is withdrawn, and no longer than 24 months after the last interaction. After that the record is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

To exercise any right, write to support@eventedge.pro. We reply within 30 calendar days.

• obtain a copy of your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• erase your data and withdraw consent;
• restrict or object to processing;
• unsubscribe — every e-mail carries a one-click link.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. Access to the leads database is limited to staff who need it. IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash.

The current version is always published at https://eventedge.pro/en/privacy. The last update date is shown at the top.
